Our office hours are Monday to Thursday,
8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 4pm and
Friday, 8 am to 12 pm

• Phone Calls

The receptionist is available for scheduling appointments,
current billing or general questions and the office nurse
for medications and health related questions.
Our in-house Billing Officer can help with questions or
problems regarding your insurance.

Please call during office hours when we have your records
readily available for reference.
